ClearView History

ClearView Church was started in 2004 as a church plant from Bethel Temple Assembly of God in Parma, Ohio. A dedicated group of 45 people, lead by Pastor Jim Hurst, made the commitment to move to the Strongsville area to start a church.

ClearView core value is service: service to God, service to our community, and service to others. Our service to God encompasses gathering together for worship and learning about God. Our service to community includes working with and supporting our local Columbia Schools, other area churches in ministry development, and events such as Home Days, National Day of Prayer, combined Thanksgiving services, Vacation Bible School, and more. Our service to others envelopes the time when we are not in church. It is the ministry we do for others throughout the week to reach our friends, neighbors, and families for God.
